I love your article on Affirmations! especially that you state they must be our own affirmations and not anyone else&#039;s. too many people fall into the self help trap of reading other peoples books on affirmations that make no sense for the issue he or she is trying to resolve. A cool device i created/use is to take 3x5 cards and write down positive affirmations stated in the present tense. It works miracles!</description>
