Mindful Anger Management
Anger management courses abound. But what many programs lack is hypnotherapy for anger issues. You see, anger and road rage can happen at anytime. But there is a difference. Firstly, anger isn’t the main problem in road rage, the loss of perspective and control is the issue!

Every time you feel hostility and anger it can go in one of two directions: In, or out!
Too much in, that is, avoiding anger by pretending it isn’t there, distracting yourself or ignoring your anger, always leads to worse problems such as cancer, heart disease, depression, impotence etc
Too much out examples include domestic violence, road rage and other acts of harm to another in a misguided attempt to ward off strong feelings of injustice. Apart from obvious effects on relationships, this approach leads to guilt, which is a form of anger turned inside, which doesn’t change behavior anyway!
Healthy anger on the other hand involves using the feeling of anger to take positive assertive action against injustice. For example if someone rapes your daughter, healthy anger would allow you to act by notifying the police so justice has its chance to run its course.
Clearly, a middle way is the best way to manage anger, that is, without attachment to the feelings and without ignoring anger either.
