Hey Everyone
A lot has happened over the last couple of weeks for me and one of them was that I showed up at the Hypnoticon event in Atlanta. As many of you know I’m good friends with Taylor (Pokerwithoutcards of YouTube fame, his blog at trancedout.com, and the TrancedOUT forums).
Taylor is an amazing hypnotist and Personal Development Coach. I met Taylor through YouTube a few months back and we have become pretty good friends since then. I recently found out he was coming down to Atlanta for Hypnoticon (an open-ended hypnosis convention, featuring some amazing hypnotists) and thought this would be a good chance to meet up. I found out about the convention too late to schedule time in to attend the official event, but I still wanted to meet with Taylor, catch a bite to eat, hang out, and talk hypnosis. I arrived in Atlanta about 5:30pm and met up with Taylor and his business partner Oscar at the convention hotel. We then decided to get something to eat from this great place called House of Chan. During our dinner I got to interview Taylor and Oscar and learned that these two guys are onto some next level type of stuff when it comes to hypnosis, personal development, language patterns and so much more.

Hey Everyone
Sorry I haven’t been around lately, but I have been working on a bunch of different projects. I am also getting ready to take my National Guild of Hypnotist Certification test this Sunday. I already know I am going to pass and can’t wait to take the test. So everyone wish me luck this Sunday.
The other project I’m working on is my new website for my hypnosis practice. I’m still working out the layout and design so it may still be a week or two. I have been putting most of my free time into this project because I know a good hypnosis site can really help build your business.
I have also been spending a lot of time studying and networking with other hypnotists. I have some big things in store for this site over time so just stay on the lookout. Well I got to run, but I’ll be back in full effect soon.

Hello Everyone
It has been a pretty laid back weekend for me this week. Things have been quiet and that quiet is well needed. My father has been out of town so I have been helping him out with different things. He is back in town now so things can go back to being normal as they can for me.
I actually wanted to write this post a few weeks ago, but just haven’t got around to it yet. My sister in law has been out of high school for a while, but she never passed her graduation test. She has taken it two or three times already and has not passed yet. She is always very close to passing, but usually misses out by just a few points. My wife brought this up to me about a month ago and I thought hypnosis could work wonders for her. I decided to talk to my sister in law about what happened and she mention she always gets so nervous when taking a test. She gets nervous to the point where she has trouble even taking the test.

Hey Everyone
Just a quick update on my fathers situation since it ties in with hypnosis. He did not win the U.S. Open, but he was still pretty happy. He said even though he didn’t win he was the most relaxed and calm he has ever been playing pool. So while he may not have won it is still a victory for the both of us. He wants to continue the sessions and feels with a few more session he will be playing the best pool of his life. I look at it as a win for me because I must have done something correct for him to get the results he did. It is also a great learning tool for me so at the end of the day I am happy as well.

Hey Everyone
I hope the title of this post got your attention because that was the plan. This is such an interesting story I thought it deserved an interesting title.
About a week or so ago my father asked me to hypnotize him for an upcoming pool match called the U.S. Open. He is a great player, but feels as if his mental game needs a tune up. For anyone who is new to the site you can read about this HERE. Since the post I wrote my father is currently in Virginia playing in the match. He arrived Saturday since the actual match starts Sunday. Well I got a very interesting phone call from him yesterday which was Monday the 15th of Oct.
When he called me his voice was filled with a lot of excitement. He was amazed at how good he felt playing pool. He said he just felt so relaxed and calm while he was playing. I was pretty excited as well since this was some of the stuff we covered in the hypnosis session. Even though I don’t think he got to the working state of hypnosis. The suggestions still had a powerful effect on him. I thought this was all he was calling to tell me about, but I was wrong. He told me while he was practicing a very famous pool player, who was also in the match came up to him and asked him if he wanted to play some pool. As my dad played him he told me he held his own against the pool giant.
Now here comes the strange part of this story. During our hypnosis session I had him do some guided imagery. Well one of guided images had to do with him playing his favorite pool player and doing well against him. I think some of you may be able to see where this story is going. The same person he played in his hypnosis session was the same pool player he played at the U.S. Open. My father has never met this pool player from I understand and had no clue he would be at the match. What are the odds that the same person he imagined in his hypnosis session would end up coming up to him in real life asking to play?
So I pose the question did hypnosis tap into the law of attraction somehow or did he predict the future. For those of you who don’t know what the law of attraction is the simple delimitation is whatever you tend to focus on you attract to yourself. So I wonder if the hypnosis session which includes intense focus somehow interacted with the law of attraction. Once again I don’t know the answer to this question. This is why I posed it in the form of a question. I have also heard stories of people who predict the future while in hypnosis. Is this true or how it is done is a mystery to me, but could that be what happened. Personally I think this is really interesting and I don’t have a clue how it happened. For those of you who are religious such as me maybe it was god or a higher power. The honest truth is I don’t know how it happened. I just had this interesting idea pop up and thought I would write it down.
So I pose this question for anyone who may have an opinion on this event. So if any of you have any comments or ideas than I would love to hear them.

Hey Everyone
A few days ago I had an interesting time involving my father and hypnosis. My father is really into the sport called Pool. He has been playing since a kid and has won quite a few tournaments over the last few years, but has never reached the level of success he feels he should have had by now.
He has a really big tournament coming up which is called the U.S. Open. This is one of the bigger tournements in the sport of Pool and my father really would like to win this one. I have mentioned to him a few times that hypnosis does wonders for sports and athletes. So he has been interested in using hypnosis to enhance his pool game. I mentioned to him that I would like to do at least two to three sessions. We don’t really need that many sessions, but it would be great practice for me and allow the suggestions to really get into his human computer, which is the sub-conscious. The problem with doing all of this is that my father is extremely busy and works non-stop. So it is really hard for him to meet up with me to make some stuff happen.
So I didn’t push the issue at all and just let him know when he is ready to go into hypnosis to just let me know. A few days later he decided to call me and ask if I would be up to helping him. The funny part is that when I told him I would like to spend at least 30 min to 45 min on this session he said that’s too long. He thought it would only take a min. or two. Yes, I could place him into hypnosis using a rapid induction and give him some quick suggestions, but if I am going to do it I want to do it correctly. After some talking back and forth we agreed on a 30 min session. I asked him if had anything to do that day and he said not really. I told him that if he is in a rush while trying to go into hypnosis it might not be as effective for him.

Hey Everyone
A few people have e-mailed me and asked me why I don’t videotape myself hypnotizing people.
To be honest I think it’s a great idea and I actually do videotape myself performing hypnosis. I videotape myself to watch myself later and see what I need to work on and what I can improve on. I want to post them on this site, but I have a little problem going on. I have an older camcorder and it doesn’t have an usb port or a firewire connection. So I don’t have a way to upload this stuff up to youtube or something. I am thinking of investing in a newer camcorder, but as most of my readers know. I’m pretty broke and just can’t afford one at the moment.
So if anyone wants to buy me one :)…. I’m just joking of course because we all know that no one is going too. So hopefully in the future I will be able to upload my videos because I would love for everyone to see them. I do invite anyone who has some good technically knowledge about this subject to send me an e-mail or comment if you know of a way for me to hook up my camcorder to my computer. I believe the only output I have is the one to hook up to the television.
So I welcome any input on this subject. Well until next time I wish everyone a wonderful and great day.

Hey Everyone
Everything is going great and I just feel really good right now. Since my last post about performing my first induction I have done a few more.
After I performed my first induction I felt great and it gave me so much confidence. I saw for myself that these rapid and instant inductions work wonders. I knew that I couldn’t just stop there so a few days after my first induction I asked my mother and mother in law if they would want to go into hypnosis and they both said sure. So I went over to my mother in law and decided to try out a new induction I have learned. The induction is so quick and simple once you understand why it works.
