Well as I was surfing the web a few days ago I ran across a really, really great video from a amazing hypnotist and trainer named Jamie Smart. He posted this video on his blog which contains tons of great context. After I watched the video I knew I had to share this with my readers. Jamie touches on some really great things such as Beliefs, Ideas, NLP, how we limit ourselves and many other things.
