I have an interest in the regulation of the conduct of stage hypnotists and have a question about what is surely nothing more than an unlikely theoretical situation but thought provoking nonetheless. Here goes:

If an irresponsible stage hypnotist who say knew it was his last show and didn't care about the profession anymore, got a girl to take her clothes off in front of an audience, Under what law if any would the participant be able to sue the hypnotist. Would it count as sexual assault ?
