I recently wrote an article for my Hypnosis Elite Newsletter which was inspired by an e-mail I had received from a Hypnotist in training. The Hypnotist wanted to know what an "Abreaction" was as a book he was reading about hypnosis mentioned it, but never went into detail about the subject.
