I recently wrote an article for my Hypnosis Elite Newsletter which was inspired by an e-mail I had received from a Hypnotist in training. The Hypnotist wanted to know what an "Abreaction" was as a book he was reading about hypnosis mentioned it, but never went into detail about the subject. I received a lot of great feedback from the newsletter so I thought I would share it with all the readers of my blog. Personally, I feel every hypnotist needs to know what an Hypnotic Abreaction is and how to stop one in the rare case that one does happen.
